PrintStation
Technology was formed in 2005 to take over the maintenance and support
services of a well known printing and paper handling equipment distributor
and our engineers remain very much aware of the importance of a
prompt response, specialist product knowledge and willingness to
fully support and maintain whatever equipment we recommend and supply
to our customers.
Between them, our two senior engineers have more than sixty years
experience installing, maintaining and trouble shooting a wide range
of printing and paper handling equipment. They have received training
from Hewlett-Packard, Canon, BDT, and Rutishauser and regularly
install and service both hardware and software, as well as training
users and IT personnel, within high profile sectors of private,
government and local government organisations.
The
support we offer is mostly by way of annual maintenance agreements
offering a targeted 7 hour response to breakdowns or failure of
equipment.
Hardware
now supplied and supported includes all models of cut-sheet and
tractor fed paper handling equipment, HP LaserJet printers, most
other manufacturers colour and mono laser printers, thermal label
printers, digital photocopiers, fax machines, and multi-function
printers.
