Engineering and Support
PrintStation Technology Ltd was created specifically to offer on-site maintenance,
repair and technical support to users of multi-bin sheet feeders and paper-handling
equipment.
Our engineers have received training from Hewlett-Packard, Canon, BDT, and Rutishauser
and regularly install and service both hardware and software, as well as training
users and IT personnel, within high profile sectors of private, government and local
government organisations.
The support we offer is mostly by way of annual maintenance agreements offering a
targeted 7 hour response to breakdowns or failure of equipment.
Hardware now supported includes all models of cut-sheet and tractor fed paper handling
equipment, HP LaserJet printers, most other manufacturers colour and mono laser printers,
thermal label printers, digital photocopiers, fax machines, and multi-function printers.
